Hotelscene awarded “Best Companies” status...
It’s always good to start the year as we mean to go on, so it’s a great pleasure to announce that Hotelscene have received 1star accreditation with Best Companies. This means we’re a First Class organisation and part of a very small number of UK companies that have achieved accreditation this year.
Best Companies sell themselves as the ‘Honesty Brokers’ of employee engagement. You can’t pay to get in their Best Companies guide and they don’t accept advertising, so everyone with a star has earned it.
All companies seeking to gain accreditation must go through a rigorous feedback survey from ALL their employees. So, all our staff were asked to complete an online questionnaire asking for their views on a variety of aspects of their work – ranging from career aspirations through to office environment and general job satisfaction. Feedback is anonymous, so our teams are not obliged to speak positively! The honest answers all contributed to an extremely high rating and Hotelscene were presented with the award at a celebratory lunch during the first week of February.
